Texas Aviation delivers strategic aviation asset solutions across parts, engines, aircraft transactions, and MRO project management.

We are an aviation services and consulting firm focused on supporting aircraft owners, operators, airlines, and maintenance organizations through compliant, reliable, and efficient industry solutions. We facilitate the acquisition and sale of aircraft and aircraft components and coordinate maintenance support by aligning clients with appropriately certified maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) providers across the global aviation market.

Our leadership and technical team collectively bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational support. With a strong foundation in FAA and EASA regulatory frameworks and an established global network of approved service providers, Texas Aviation ensures that all services are performed in accordance with applicable airworthiness, safety, and quality standards.

We understand the operational and regulatory demands of modern aviation. Our mission is to simplify complex maintenance and sourcing processes by providing direct access to qualified repair stations, parts suppliers, and service organizations that meet FAA, EASA, and operator-specific requirements. Through disciplined oversight and proven industry relationships, we help reduce aircraft downtime, manage maintenance costs, and support continuous operational readiness.
